I wasn't that impressed with them in Aberdeen last year - bit of a shaky line up. They were far better in 1998 when they had a proper line up and a good singer. |

Jerry "the saint" st.Only
oooooooooooooooo
you cant blame the man for his comrades taking to drugs and splitting the band can you. he replaced them with a corcking all star line up! shaky or not! i missed them in aberdeen because it was just going to be too much hassle, im bloody kicking myself now! was hoping doylie would be back by now ![]() hey, its the misfits, they never stop touring, i reckon he'll be back next year with doyle, and i'll be right in there! |

The two albums with Graves are great, the '50s album is good for what it is (but what is it?), and they still totally destroy live. The debate over whether or not they should call themselves 'Misfits' will go on until the day Jerry Only hangs up his devilock. However, the fact remains that he owns the name legally and can do whatever the fuck he wants with it. So long as they perform the Misfits catalogue really fucking well and Danzig churns out his diabolical industrial nonsense, I personally don't have a problem with it!
The drummer from The Dangerfields is an ageing Bryan Adams fan and has no right to slag Jerry Only. I suspect he was only doing it in jest though, cos he is actually a huge Jerry Only/Misfits fan. ![]() |
