UndergroundScene Gig!!!

ok, here is the deal. Due to some very clever thinking from Davey boy from Underwater George, we are going to be putting on a gig somewhere soon, so i'm looking for maybe 4 bands to play this gig. This is to help fund the site and make it better and improve the service it provides.

I'll post 4 dates on the board, and if you are interested, please vote on which date you would like to play and leave a message saying what band you are and what date you would like to play (voted for). You can choose more than one date.

I hope that works. If there are dates which you can play, post them also, just incase we need to reschedule some stuff.

We would love to play the gig if possible. Especially if Underwater George play cos since the Grill gig we've been saying we'd play another gig together.

Where you planning on having it? Just to be different you could try and get it at the Skate Park? Just an Idea.

Let us know what the plan is when you know for yourself.

u shud do it at the end of august man, coz theres not a lot else happinin then but u got bazfest and revolt at the start of the month. whenever it is, y`know we`ll be up for it. ya wee bastard. i smell another flyer campaign! <img border="0" alt="[Elvis]" title="" src="graemlins/elvis.gif" />

i'll be going to a few venues in the comming days to sort it out, but it will be after the two other festivals, i dont want people having to choose between festivals cos it would be good if all the mini fests had great turnouts.

but remember, this isnt a mini fest, just a couple of bands who are willing to play for very little in the way of money, sort of a fund raising type thing to raise funds for the site.

yeah! kinda like "save, empire records!" except were not in need of being saved and were not a record store. but still ,pretty neat
