Dead or American upcoming tour dates & news (updates mkII)
5th August - Glasgow - QMU
: This gig is for the Helping Hand Foundation and is being organised by Susan Hotchkiss. Make sure you check out the site to read more about the charity and the good work that it does. 7th August - Edinburgh - CGCB's :This gig is during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. It's fringe venue number 78. The venue is normally known as the Canon's Gait Pub, however it will be known as CGCB's throughout the festival, where it will be running live gigs under the banner of ‘Seven Hills Music’. TOUR WITH MACROCOSMICA 18th November - Colchester - Arts Centre 19th November - tba 20th November - Brighton - The Freebutt 21st November - Hull - The New Adelphi www.deadoramerican.com www.macrocosmica.org.uk More dates are being arranged and booked for the tour. We will also be booking stuff for September, probably including another local Stirling gig. So keep checking our website for updates, otherwise I will post them on here anyway... If you never got a mail out today from us at all in the last few weeks, please take the time to resubscribe: list@deadoramerican.com - SUBJECT: "SUBSCRIBE" - thanks! We have been included on an upcoming Lockjaw Records compilation which should be available very soon, through the label and also at our gigs. We will keep you posted on that. Qmu Gig
Dead or American can be seen live, this Thursday at the QMU in Glasgow. New material is being played...
Doors at 6.45pm, tickets are £3. You can get them in Avalanche Records in Glasgow or at the QMU boxoffice. Alternatively just pay at the door on the night, there is plenty of room. The gig is for a good cause, The Helping Hand Foundation - helping disadvantaged children in Vietnam. Other bands: All my Logic, Site of Future Rome, The Gloria Flaw, 8-Ball and Ignition. We will be on stage around 10.30pm or so... Thanks for reading. |
