that bylaw's been in effect since the dawn of time, apparently there's a massive CID investigation into happenings during Azriel and By My Hands at revoltfest.

strangely enough the permitted moves include, holding your girlfriend tightly, checking your phone every 30 seconds, standing at the bar, sitting up the back of the westie, and leaving after all the local bands have played!!!
