Laeto things happening (album/ gig/ radio update)

Hi there.
Laeto are playing the following gigs and miscellaneous things to promote the imminent release of the new record, ZWOA.

Friday 23rd July*
Cafe Royal, Edinburgh,
with Senator and Spyamp.

Saturday 24th July*
Barfly, Glasgow,
with Macrocosmica and Moniack.

* (DUE TO THE ALBUM BEING DELAYED COMING BACK FROM THE PRESSING PLANT, BOTH THE GLASGOW AND EDINBURGH SHOWS WILL HAVE A FREE 3-TRACK SAMPLER OF THE NEW RECORD FOR THE FIRST 25 PEOPLE THROUGH THE DOOR, WITH A CODE INSIDE FOR 20% OFF THE ALBUM WHEN PURCHASED FROM www.simbiotic.com !. THE ALBUM WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE ABERDEEN SHOW).

Monday 2nd August
Live session on BBC Scotland, Air with Vic Galloway.
We'll be playing live in the studio between 7pm and 10pm 92.4-94.7fm 810mw. check out www.bbc.co.uk/scotland/musicscotland/air/

Friday 6th August
Dr Drakes, Aberdeen, with Sucioperro + support (tbc).(ALBUM WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS SHOW, ALONG WITH T-SHIRTS, BADGES, 7" SINGLES)

The Album is now definitely scheduled for release on Monday 9th August, on Too Many Fireworks Records, with Distribution through PlasticHead.

Aside from the scottish gigs, we will be playing an english tour in winter, once the album has been out for a couple of months.

Please have a look at our website www.laeto.co.uk, and maybe our website forum on www.alternativenation.net, or just click on the GUESTBOOK link on the left window on the website. Album samplers will be posted on our website next week.

nice one. not sure i can make those gigs, apart from maybe the aberdeen one. what happened to the video idea?
will you be playing a dundee gig in the near future to launch the album or anything?

Hi Joe,
the video idea is still a distinct possibility. we just need to clear up a few things first.
no dundee gigs planned just now (we just played there a couple of weeks ago).
