after listening to maps all week i do think this could out rock ctts... and seeing as rapider than horsepower are not coming over until may next year i dont see anything else happening to top this.

Am I the guy that wears a flat cap? Errr, surely there is more than one guy wearing a flat cap about, in fact, I'm sure I saw one of the guys from Santo wearing a flat cap recently? And I take great exception to the Drop Kick Murphies comparison, you may actually have just ruined my week!

I do indeed have a flat cap, in fact I have 3. Today I am wearing my camel coloured flat cap with my beige suit and my chocolate brown shirt, I don't think I can get more jazz if I tried - well, if I was borked out my nut on coke and playing a saxophone in a improvising qunitet I *might* be a bit more jazz than I am right now but only if Robert Fripp was playing guitar and Ofra Haza on vocals, but she's dead so it's unlikely to happen.

As for mentioning this as gig of the year, I'm only saying that because Youngy has been promoted to headliner, I have no idea who any of the bands are except Santo, I just like going to gigs - yay!
