Hex, Mesa Verde @ Bar Bloc wednesday 26th (this wednesday!)

dunno much about it myself, but heres the shizzle!!!!!

Hex -A wildly diverse romp of instrumental post-rocking madness. Hex play guitar bass and drums (plus big muff) to create a lofi-noise-grunge sound with a surprising denouement.

Mesa Verde - heavy and messy emo from these new town inbreds. if city of caterpillar had drank Pulse instead of Magners they would have sounded like this. Plenty of clean build ups and screamalongs.

Damage and I saw it written on the chalk board outside bloc today when we were in town - we're both on lates this week but we'll try to make it anyway; it'll be good seeing you guys in a different space and with a different kind of band/crowd. I was totally digging one of your new songs you played at the AOFR show last weekend - hope you play it again! Damage will try get a copy of the show to you a.s.a.p as his computer's a bit weird at the moment.

may make an appearance, Bloc could be a possible venue for late-to-confirm gigs in the future so I've got reason beyond the rhyme
