gig starts at Stereo 3pm - 6pm

bands

Ruin ex doom, scatha, disaffect etc etc etc

Cobra The Enemy ex svartskit plus atomgevitter/destructos folk first gig!

plus 2 bands tbc

go to this or indeed fuck off

and steve, why so negative eh? yeah gigs can be quiet etc but moaning about it aint gonna change shit, I think there is a lot of positive stuff going on right now and think there has been a very definite upshift in the mood and turnouts at diy gigs in edinburgh and glasgow over the past few months.

the punks picnic was organised purley because there hasn't been anything like this for a long time and its not difficult to do just a little bit of time and hopefully some folk will have an enjoyable day in kelvingrove park!

legit, just because i am going off on one in the bs queers thread this is different... it was a genuine point of concern... there has been a drop off since Neil slowed/stopped doing gigs.

The reason i asked was Steve just said when was the last time a punk gig was rammed?

I was at the Dead Pets in The Wheatsheaf in Edinburgh a couple of weeks ago and its was rammed, by all accounts The Briggs in Kirkaldy was pretty full, most of the gigs in The Spiders Web, Edinburgh have been pretty full,

thats all,

the punk gigs seem to do ok in Edinburgh, the next gig at the Wheatsheaf a week on Sat if you want to come through Steve,
Its Beerzone, Swellbellys and someone else whose name escapes me just now.

SHIT! had no idea beerzone were still going, not seen em since they played with Dropkicks at the cas rock! Saturday getting the waste on in edinburgh... could be japes galore

Practising 12-3 but should make it to stereo in the afternoon by which time i presume you'll all be cider'd up tae fuck. Is everyone going back to the park after the gig ?
