Hello, I just wanted to give you details of a
benefit gig that’s taking place next month at The Bongo Club. Main Stage: Thee Comrades, Staccato Set and xvectors Upstairs: Final Brass Rabbi, Pre, Wounded Knee and the Swimmer One DJs The Bongo Club, Holyrood Road, Edinburgh July 2nd 7pm to 10pm Tax: £5(£4) www.no2id.net The gig is to raise money and awareness for the Edinburgh branch of NO2ID, a pressure group campaigning against the government's plans for compulsory ID cards and the database state. We’re hoping to tap into everyone with his or her activist hat on following the Make Poverty History march earlier that day. cheers, |
