nah man, there a good bunch of guys, i just think that there going about it all wrong. They should have either got a couple of shows opening for local acts then maybe set up a few free shows. Coming right into the scene with a P2P attittude just seems daft and no one ain't gonna take them on(unless they can justify the p2p and make sure each band gets there pennies back at the end of the night plus a few beers for good measure!)

Anti Virus X aint even really played any gigs yet either have they...again dinna take this the wrong way neil but dude....you needta get a grip man....you canna charge the bands to play ...that shit aint right...i know your struggling 4 gigs man ...but unless your giving the bands incentive i canna see anyone wantin to play...s'pecially seeing as there are umpteen promotion companies that are letting the bands play scot free !!

so....why dont ya get together with some other bands.....hook summin up....and between ya work out a way that will benefit all involved.....have you considered recording the event ??.....that way all bands get a LIVE @ THE WESTIE CD for fuck all seeing as they paid the £30:00 just jack the desk straight into the pa have the backline runnin through and robs yir mom's bro perfect sound quality...no mixing required !!

I'm Sure Bands Would Be Up 4 That...and you spend a grand total of what ???...£2:00 on the CD's ????

we're discussing the idea of p2p not the integrity of the band. they are very nice guys, i've known 2 of em for a long time, known neil since i was 12. great guys, but this whole p2p thing is all wrong in my opinion (and many others)
