Upcoming shows over the next couple of months...
** The Tolbooth - Stirling - 10th October - w/ Kalamazoo St Andrews Student Union - 14th October - w/ TFOBK + Spyamp Dublin Castle - London - 22nd October - supporting ? Bongo Club - Edinburgh - 29th Oct - supporting Jet Plane Landing ov 14s King Tuts - Glasgow - 3rd November - supporting Reuben - ov 14s The Studio - Hartlepool - 7th November - supporting Uncle Brian Barfly - Glasgow - 14th November - supporting Macrocosmica Bannermans - Edinburgh - 22nd November - w/ Wildtype ** More recording has been done for the next CD. It is presently being mixed. In the meantime you can purchase a copy of our current EP "Subdivide" at any of our gigs or in any of the following shops: Avalanche - Edinburgh and Glasgow branches Coda Music - Edinburgh Europa Music - Stirling < t-shirts available here as well... Bionic - Brighton Fopp - Nationwide All Dead or American gigs (t-shirts for sale too) It is getting distributed by FOPP as part of the unsigned network. Regular tshirts and "skinnies" (made up for the ladies) are available at all gigs too...we still have plenty of small and medium sizes and a few large. Extra large are on the brink of extinction, but we aren't trying to say anything about anybody or anything...yeah so... ok...we are giving away free skateboards now if you buy a tshirt and a cd for £12. Don't ask us why. They proved to be a great hit in Aberdeen, we only have a few left...so you know what to do MANNNN. I am punting this again because of the updates with the Tolbooth and Bannerman shows - in case people are wondering again... ![]() ** About the Reuben and Jetplane Landing shows, they are both ov 14s gigs. We have tickets for both (obviously), if you want to buy one just ask a member of the band or whoever is on our "merch stall". We are selling them cheaper than "face value". Cheers. Hey Joe (cooool), nothing is certain yet but we may have somebody. Right now we have an old steady hand helping us out again. Hope to see you at the gig dude. Take care. Keep it funky. |

As for the gig we think it went quite well, we got good feedback from people and everything sounded alright on the stage. A fight broke out in the middle of our set, off putting to say the least...apart from that it ran smoothly. The only hitch for me was a hi-hat clutch "failure", also not used to power toms and slack kick drums. You know what it is like being a drummer... Anyway, maybe see you at the next one...take it easy dude! |

Yeah, shit...we better get that sorted out - ? If somebody else could supply the bass amp, that is something we just can't bring just now... We can bring a 100watt hi-watt combo (just a clean channel), it is full valve so it is loud but if you rely on your amps for effects then you will need your own. if somebody else could give us a shot of a decent guitar combo or a cab + head we would be very much obliged. I can bring my kit, although it is a fusion kit so i hope the rig is going to be a good one because i hear this place is very big...it might work in our favour that my drums are smaller with a tighter sound, but then again it might not - who knows? |
