Anyone got their xbox modded?

hi,im wanting advice about this mod chip for the xbox
the reason i ask is that im wanting to play the MAME emulators that avialible for the xbox on ebay.
so can anyone give me advice where to get it done how much+pros+cons?????

don't do it mate, xbox is to good it alter, get a ps2 and alter it.

I'm thinking about getting a second Xbox, and modding it, so I can make my own games for it. I'd get my main one modded, but I have Xbox live on it, and would rather not take the risk.
