Hey, What Movies/programmes do you guys think would mke a good game.

I say Alan Partridge and The Shining.

i remember when i went to see that Tom Cruise film, Minority Report, i came out of the cinema and told m gf that it would make a class video game. And what happened? they made a video game.

I dont really know any good films that would make classic games, the Shining would be a good one, and RPG perhaps.

Well i thought the final fantasy games would of made a good film, but how wrong could you get

yeah but gowans it would be shit. tomb raider made a fairly garbage film. i think a bruce lee film would make a cool movie.

Well there was a game of that on the mega drive. Don't know if it was good or not, but i remmember you were able to fight 2 people at once or something along those lines.

Yeah but the games sux. I got it for £8 from work. Its 1 of the worst games ive played.
As for the final fantasy film that ruled. Not as good as some of the games but it keeps the same themes. Dont you think a shining game would be really boring? What would you do? kill your family then thats it completed.

I'd like to see a game based around The Office .

Also a great game would be Escape from Alcatraz , I know there's a Great Escape game but the game could play on the myth that they guys did actually escape but the government covered it up saying they died to escape embarasement. So once you actually escape you could start playing a GTA kinda game in San Fran all the while trying to evade capture

is there already a "from dusk till dawn" game? i seem to remember hearing about one a while ago. anyway, a game of that could potentially rule, slap a great big 18 certificate on it and make it the bloodiest game of all time

but....how many movie-licensed games have there been that are actually any good? they're usually rushed and turn out incredibly average...

Yeah you're totally right. Plus the thing is theres not that many good movies out these days.

Anyone ever see Arnie's movie Commando. Now that'd make a kick ass game!

Die Hard Trilogy PS1
Lion King Mega Drive (ok is a grand platformer)
Dune 1 & 2 (mega Drive/Mega CD)
Jurassic Park (snes version and different Mega CD version)

i remmember a friend having Jurrasic park on the mega drive. It looked not bad. I thought the Baman movie and Terminator game (first movie) worked ok.

Hey Alan what as that game for the mega CD with the car, it looked like some kinda action drver-esque game.

Erm only racing games I remember are Jaguar XJ220 and Road Avenger, both of which are shit.
