Use mozilla firefox instead of internet explorer. www.mozilla.org
Use zonealarm, so that worms can't connect to your computer and infect it through security vulnerabilities. www.zonelabs.com Stop visiting dodgy porn sites. Be careful about what you download. |

The mozilla one is my best recommendation if you want to avoid spyware.
If you surf less reputable sites with internet explorer, you're most likely going to get spyware sooner or later. |

aye
![]() i prefer new windows though, i only ever have 5 max anyway, and you should see how ultimate my desktop is. then you'd understand... edit: so, i can normally remember which are which. and i hate having msn, or browsers, not on full screen, and the bar up the side lets me switch between screens. otherwise it's too distracting ps: it's way cooler than that crappy tiny jpg makes it out to be, i'm really cool. my dad uses Avast Anti-Virus. It's pretty good, but it scared the shit out of me when his computer got a bit of adware or something. This scary woman voice comes up and says "WARNING, you have a virus on your computer" and there's a whooping siren sound. I'd get it just for the comedy value.
