Not sure how to describe this...

I really have no idea how to descirbe this apart from everything that should be a picture/avatar/rep/post new thread is a box with a little red X. The only thing that isn't like this is KJ's avatar. I have no idea what has happened. Can any of you help because it's now basically impossible to go around UGS with it like this.

Is it something wrong with my PC and/or internet?

I had this problem too, but once i changed zonealarm settings it was fixed, but I found it doubtful that 3 people all have the same ZL problems at the same time...

try logging out, deleting your cookies and logging back in again. The server has moved recently so it could also be your firewall not recognising the sites new ip address

If you are using Zonealarm Pro go to 'privacy > main' then 'custom' then 'cookies' and uncheck the box marked 'remove private header information'. that may help.

I have logged out twice and it hasn't worked. Where is the 'privacy' mark? I can't see it anywhere.

apologises for bumping an old thread but ppl will moan if i start a new one, anyway...
I've just installed ZA Pro and got the same error but the remove private header information didn't work. Also tried loggin in and out finding quitting ZA to be my only option.

Tried adding UGS to the trusted zone?

Take it you guys have Zonealarm pro or something? I've never had any trouble with the free version.

In fact, the machine I'm typing this on is running Zonealarm right now.

yeah i'm on pro. when i got the free version it asked if i wanted a trial of pro so accepted and tbh its just been annoying, although probably doing good.

Might just not use it untill my trial to finish and hopefully i'll be able to just go to free version. Unfortunately the only thing i left at my parents house seems to be a cd wallet containing my important drivers and software... including my usual firewall. Excellent!

Ahh right. I don't really need the full version. I only used it to stop people from getting into my shared files when I was on the train, or to stop programs sending stuff to the internet.

When I'm at home, I'm behind a router, so there's not much point in having the full zonealarm.
