how do i get them from sites, i think i have the best last song ever!!

Two ways, easy way and a hard way.

Hard way first, look at the source HTML, find the link to the movie, copy the URL. Make a new .html file on the desktop that links to the movie, open html file, right click, save as.

Easy way. Download mozilla firefox, look at the video. Right click on the page, and click on "Page info", click the media tab, and scroll down until you find the name of the movie. You can usually tell, because it's marked as "Embed" and the filename ends in .mov. Then all you have to do is right click and save as.
