Do I need to buy anything else to be able to get BT Fusion?
You must have a consumer BT Broadband service at home to support BT Fusion.

Will BT Fusion replace my landline?
No - You will still need a BT landline service to support your BT Broadband connection. Whilst we would encourage every member of the family to take the BT Fusion service, your landline phone will also be invaluable for any family members without a BT Fusion mobile to make calls from home and benefit from BT's landline rates.

I already have a mobile service and a landline service, will BT Fusion be yet another service on top of those?
No - BT Fusion is a mobile service that would replace your current mobile service. You'll have two services as you do now, a BT Fusion mobile service and a landline service.

Will BT Fusion have the same number as my home phone?
BT Fusion comes with a personal mobile number, unique to you - just like any other mobile phone service - that does not link in any way to your home phone number. You may choose to take a new number for BT Fusion or to port your current mobile number from your existing mobile provider.

Will people calling my landline come through on my BT Fusion Motorola mobile phone?
No - your BT Fusion service will operate on a seperate number to your BT landline phone. Only people calling your BT Fusion mobile number will come through to you on your Motorola V560 phone. Friends and family calling your BT landline number will continue to come through to your home phone as they did before.

Will I only get one bill for all my BT services?
No. You will continue to get your normal BT bill for your landline and broadband service. You will recieve a seperate bill for your BT Fusion service.
