psp help etc

hey i got a psp yesterday and want to start putting films on it etc.

however there is alot of stuff kickin about at the mo and its hard to tell whether ill get ripped off.

can anyone suggest a (pref free) psp dvd converter or a direct psp format movie download site?

haven't actually tried it yet, but this page should help you out.

Seems that most of the software that'll do it all for you costs around $35. PSP Movie Creator worked for me but the quality was hellish - could be to do with my DVD decoder though, not sure. It worked though.

aye thats what im using at the mo, the only thing i cant do is make a ripped cd all one file, i hav to hav them as like 3 or 4 and just play the movies in parts.. not really a big issue i guess.

i'm sure i had a mpeg stitcher before that was free. think it was just called mpeg stitcher actually.
i'm loving my psp just got burnout for it, ace.
