Basically if you look at an infected image on a webpage / forum, you will become infected. It allows remote access to your machine.

Waiting for a MS patch to fix it, in the mean time update your virus definitions and run a full scan. Firefox is not immune, firewalls are ineffective.

Windows have released a patch to fix this, make sure you've installed it, if not run windows update now.
