Internet Problems

I recently formatted my pc and ever since, my account is the only account on the pc which will allow anyone to sign into any website(for emails etc)

Any one know whats wrong and how its fixed, ive tried a few thing but nothing seems to work

i'm taking a guess but maybe its because you need to set permissions for other accounts on the pc to access the internet since your account might be the admin account?

I don't think you need to explicitly allow accounts to access the internet.

Try temporarily turning off any firewall software you might have, and see if that makes a difference.
