a wee qurie on playing movies on my pc...
I know that downloading a movie is a love/hate thing for people but im curious if anyone can help me with this. Before i ask, if you are able to help me but won't because im downloading movies from p2p then i understand.
To play most movies on my pc i had to download the divx player to get the appropriate codecs for the video. In both the divx player and the windows media player, whenever i play an AVI file thats pretty big it occasionally speeds the video up to about x10 for about a second. It dose this about 20-30 times in a movie. Do you know what cause's this? |

Use Videolan (VLC) media player, and 'defilerpak' - search google for them. you shouldn't have any problems playing any movie files now. This is my standard answer to all video troubles.
