Ok Press start then run, then in there type regedit.exe then browse to this section:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run Verify that all the values in these keys do not contain any incorrect, incomplete, or null entries (such as ""). Do the same for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run Don't delete anything from the registry unless you are 100% sure it's not needed. Doing so could royally fuck up your machine. |

If you're scared about breaking anything in your registry, there's an option in regedit to export any changes you might make
Removing a key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run won't fuck up your computer though, it'll just stop whatever that program from starting up when you start your computer. |
