Ctrl, Alt, D'hell?!

When i press Crtl Alt Dlt, that task manager doesnt come up, my computers been doing it for a couple of weeks now and it's sarting to piss me off. It used to work fine. HELP!

this might sound daft but how often do you use all of the keys? as this may be a keyboard problem and you haven't noticed.

There's 2 Ctrl buttons and 2 Del buttons so try it by using the alternate of each button to what you normally press and this should rule out either of them being broken.

As for the solitary left Alt key now that we have 'Alt Gr' on the right you can go into a word document, hold down left alt and then type 0 1 5 3 (has to be on the numeric pad, with num lock on) and you should get a wee ™ sign showing that your key works fine.

there could be a more sinister microsoft reason behind your loss of Task Manager but I've had to many crumbs between my keys and spaff gluing up the spacebar not to realise the dangers in keyboard stickage.

every few months i'll turn my keyboard upright and shake out all the crumbs, dust etc. Fucking horrible.

your pcs probably fucked because of all the dodgy porn you download, you minky man!

if ctrl alt del doesnt work, you can always right click the task bar and click task manager.

no ideas why ctrl,alt,del wouldn't work though
