Torrent Connectivity

im having some problems at the moment with uTorrent.

it connects to a public tracker fine (although i only can connect to about 1/5 of available peers/seeds but thats not the problem)

when i connect to a private tracker it says im unconnectable. It will download really slowly and wont upload anything at all.

Ive set up port forwarding through Zone Alarms and no other firewall is running. Ive also tried changing the port used and every time i check on uTorrent's web sites port check service it shows its blocked, yet nothing is there to block it?

Im using Virgin Media's 20meg service so there is plenty of bandwidth for it to attatch itself to.

anyone got any idea why i cant connect to a private tracker?

you have a router that also needs port forwarding set up on it?

service pack 2 has some sort of thing on it that only allows the ports to be half open. Bitcomet warns you about it and tells you to use a tcpip patch to fully open the ports.

perhaps that might help, i dont know?
