I may be getting one. My Candian I-pod is now broken and will be sending it to Apple under the warranty agreement. I'm gonna ask for a Touch Screen one. It costs the same and I'm gonna say I'm totally unsatisfied with this generation ipod (same problem twice in 3 months).
I'll more than likely just get a replacement but its worth a shot. I'm not getting my hopes up.

My Shuffle's been dead for a while now (common problem) and I was all ready to get an 8gig nano on payday (Friday) but now there's new stuff... I'll have to actually read those links sometime and make my mind up.

edit: had a look now - probably gonna end up buying an 8gb touch at the weekend

I bought the new classic 160Gb the other a day, a huge improvment on the 80Gb I had (selling on ebay just now).

I actually got my i-pod in Canada too. Got mine in 2003 and it's still going strong!

I like the idea of the new touch screen ones but my i-pod is 20Gb and is full so I wouldn't want to get a smaller one. Think I'll just stick with my proper classic one.
