iPod Question

How do you delete music from your iPod without removing anything from iTunes. I'm gonna be purchasing the new 160gb iPod classic at the end of the month and selling my 80Gb round about the same time but need to know how to take the songs off first before I sell it.

there is probably a much better way of doing this but if you untick a song in itunes it wont be on your ipod next time you sync it.

or make a blank playlist and set it up to only sync with that playlist.
