sd card help please !?!?!?!!

i have a problem, i have my mates 2 gig sd card and it wont let me view the contents on my pc through an sd card adaptor..
ive tried smaller cards and they work perfectly, so the size seems to be the problem !!

what could i do to get it to work, i have about 15 hours before its too late and he goes back to cornwall, please help !!
could updating directx work ? i did that and it still wont work

You could always trying putting it in a camera or similar device, and accessing it via the camera drive that comes up in My Computer.

Was it bought on ebay? If so it's possibly a bootleg.

Oh yeah, and updating directx will do nothing for this, as directx is specifically for 3D graphics, audio, game controller input, etc.

i thought that said STD card and you were trying to trace all of your conquests from your skins-type parties

why don't you nip down to asda or tesco and see if the self service photo machines will accept it then just knock the images out onto cd?

That's a good idea actually. I think Boots have a similar machine on the first floor that lets you browse your photos on your own memory card.
