You guys need to go and download KlipFolio, its a small application that runs on your computer and displayed RSS news feeds. I'm finding it very handy at the moment and am working to integrate it with the site so that you can get the latest threads and replies posted straight to KlipFolio on your desktop. Now thats cool.

Its very customisable and you can make it look really nice n tidy with various options, you can even make it translucent like the latest version of Winamp.

Iâ€™ve decided to make my own specifically for UGS.

Couple of points about it
---------------------------
1)Its source is freely available but you'll have to email me if you want the latest version.

2)Iâ€™ve only tested it under XP and I think that one of the functions it calls will only work with 2000+ OS's

3)Thereâ€™s sometimes been trouble with the runtime files not installing properly but you'll need to install it to see

4)On the first load it can take up to 5mins to establish a stable connection with the UGS XML feed, you can either hit the "more" button to see if its connecting properly either that (this is what I recommend) just hide it and let it work its self out.

5)Thereâ€™s no help file yet but just click about and you'll get there, it easy enough to use.

Other than that though the current version works pretty well.

Feel free to comment on it but if you donâ€™t like it donâ€™t go on about it: I only wrote it to see if I could and it turned out quite useful for me so I thought I'd see if anyone wants to use it.

A better name than "UGS Monitor" would be nice as well, suggestions are welcome.

I get this error whenever I try to run the program.

I've tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it and that didn't help. I also tried running the updater first. I have xp.

The installer has been updated so it "should" work now. If not ive stuck that file here

when downloaded stick it either in the directory you installed the program to or in C:\Windows\System32\
