Devil's Night Fancy Dress Ball

Come one and come all to the Cage Devil's Night Fancy Dress Ball, Entry is £4 (unless you make an effort to dress up, in which case it's £3) There's free sweets for any guisers (if you don't understand what a guiser is grab a nearby scotsperson and ask them) And there's prizes for the best and for the most original! (There'll be movie related goodies and other stuff, dunno what the other stuff is coz I'm buying it on Saturday. For those of you who don't know Devil's Night is the night before Halloween (This Saturday) and yes we do have fancy dress parties both saturday and sunday, this is coz people want us to be!!! So come to Cage this weekend, a good night will be had by all! (probably)

ho ho!! ive thought up some cracking ideas for a costume, shant give too much away.

by the by, "guisers" is actually a bonfire night term as in "penny for the guy" but for some reason in scotland trick or treaters always say "ya wantin' any guisers?"

we do use the universal term for refusal though...

ive had some great ideas for costumes too but people have called me sick!!

dressing up as harold shipman pushing a dead granny in a wheelchair is a bridge too far sweetie... OTHER than that... anything goes.

im in two minds as one of my costume ideas isnt horror/witch/monster/etc related, its just more of a silly thing, i hope that doesnt effect my chances of a prize !?

I've spent all week sewing it as well. Damn, I wish I'd had a crappy costume last year then I wouldn't feel under so much pressure, even if some people did think I was dressed as a giant cheese
