In all honesty, just check everytime you have a wank. That is bound to be more than once a month and you can combine it with one of life's great pleasures

ok, you are meant to be checking for a hard lump on your testicles. Apparently there is a higher risk in those that have an undescended testicle. If you find a lump of any sort, dont hesitate to get it sorted. I did and went to the doc and was told it was a regular swelling of some gland that is present in that region, non threating or tumourous (sp), and it was a great relief i'll tell you. So its worth checking and going to the docs as a precaution.

i think its good that serious issues are being addressed here, testicular cancer is a big problem, theres no shame in asking for advice if you think somethings wrong.
