Bras n tits
Hmmmm I was just thinkin' of this 'cos I'm always telling my sister off for it...Bras.

If you wear a bra too tight it restricts the proper flow round yer lymphnodes- which are situated under yer armpits. This leads to a build up of toxins (as yer lymphatic system cleans out the shit) and can lead to a higher rate of cyst or breast cancer developement in young women.

Y shouldnae take off yer bra tae big reds pressure marks!! If this is the case- get yersel measured at M&S then buy a cheaper bra somewhere else! Makes sense dunnit?!
Then again, if yev got wee tits- like me- yer better off wivout ane!!!

Just a bit of sound advice fir the girlies!!

don't get measured at m+s - they tell you the wrong size (ie too small). frasers is good though.

they had me at a 34B 2 years ago. there's no way i was that then + i'm a 32 round, not a 34. and i've put on weight since. if you understand how i'm seeing that doesn't work
