but the argument being made... is thats the point of the bollocks forum... granted threads started just for people to chat with their mates are unnacceptable... but who am i.. or anyone else to decide whats shite or what isnt?

whats shite to one person may be perfectly acceptable to another.

This forum was created for people to have general banter and threads unrelating to anyhting in particular.

In my opinion.. if you dont wanna read "shite" .. stay out of the bollocks forum, .. you know whats here

th problem therein.. is that different mods have vastly different opinions on what is acceptable and whats not...

yeah but surely folk can use MSN Messenger or something just to say "arite, hows it goin" or "night night" etc.

They're just using it to increase their post count an it SHOULD stop when they all reach 500 posts, they'll get their own avatar, realise it's not that big a thing then probly bugger off elsewhere.

youre totally right.. and deliberate spamming is frowned upon and reprimanded... but also understand, that being a moderator can be time consuming.. and i, as im sure the other mods, dont have the time to sit and read EVERY thread thats made

The thread they are talking about is mine... "hiya".... i done it because i couldnt keep up withj every other one cause ive been away for like a week or summit,( i didnt know there was restrictions so im sorry if ive pissed people off by posting).. also about the pissing off after 500 look at my posts and im still here, i thought it was ok to talk to folk on it, theres no need for people to get annoyed , its not the end of the world or anything its only a forum, some people take interest and some dont so why care.. i thought this was a freindly joint?
