I was on the internet until quite late last night and noone was really posting anything. Then I get up this morning and there's still nothing new. So here's a new exciting thread.

I heard that it's actually just a myth and it doesn't really happen.
But I've also heard stories about it happening to people onstage. Not bands, during plays and operas and shit.
What a cool way to go though.

The cause for SHC is still under controversy but scientific research has shown that a good explanation is the 'candle wick effect'.

In most cases that have been reported the person was more than likely sleeping/unconcious when combustion
