from the arse of pseudo-intellectuals who think spending half an hour raking in bins for junk then piling it on a bedsheet can be called art if they come up with a wanky 10page essay with as many made-up adjectives to do with post-modernism as can be fit in.

At least this years winner is an attempt at actual art though...

ther is a difference between art which is diverse for a reason and this stupid manufactured to be shocking crap that we see on the turner prize

so I'm alone in thinking this years winner was actually alright? the turner prize doesn't do any harm, everyone knows it's a load of bollocks, it only means anything to the social circle of mentally inept tossbags that participate anyway, and who wants anything to do with them? not me.

At least this years winner actually made a work of art. As opposed to past years, when some twat has put a brick in the middle of the room to feed the egos of pseudo-intellectual twats, who analyse pretend to understand some kind of underlying statement in the work in order to make themselves look intelligent. (hint, it's not working)

It pisses me off that this kind of wank gets tax money, when they're going to make students pay their tuition fees. If we don't have enough money for the nhs, to the extent that we have to prioritise patients based on age, then surely we don't have enough money to fund some scamming bastard to make a painting of jesus out of dog shit, or a picture of a child drawn in paedophile cum. I'm not saying art can't shock people, but when you come out with such a adolescent, mediocre and predictable attempt to shock people then it defeats the point.
