Of a kind its supposedly possible using entangled states where what you do to one thing will happen to another even though it maybe a distance away from the original object. Actually replicating things.....hmmmmm I suppose if you look at 100 years ago and what we can do now, in another 100 years time who knows what you could do ?

but seriously, isn't it just a simple (haha) matter of transporting electrons, protons and neutrons to a location and arranging them properly? and where would you get all the particles from? perhaps you could transport them from rubbish dumps and neuclear waste sites an shit like that? i dunno.

i saw this thing on the discovery channel about teleporting like on star trek. something about having to copy tour whole make-up of electrons and shit thens ending the copy and destrying the original in the process. but seein as the copy would be an exact copy why whould it matter that the original is gone? it made sense at the time..

hahahah cheeky monkey ! I don't actually like star trek you know, although its good how the guy with all the technical know how in it is scottish Kind of a few problems transporting indivudual parts of atoms really! And they we currently split atoms releases huge amounts of energy and even more so fusing them, so I think we need to come up with some sort of smart technology before we can do all that. Basically in a nut shell we need kryten's nano-bots.
