Pussies, if someone is being a dick you give them bad rep, likewise if they say something you agree with or like you give them good rep. It's what it's there for and is the way normal reputation in real life works except you can't actually see a how good it is in terms of points.

I usually sign mine, good or bad. sometimes I leave a comment if it isn't too obvious what it's for.
