there was a thing about the top two singles being scottish. or something. i've never heard of franz ferdinand before, i don't really listen to proper radio... just kingdom FM. I'm pretty out of touch

*edit* looks like it's just the midweek chart that puts them at number two.

Aye, I love the new single just now but it's heading in the direction of MTV2/radio overplay HELL.

I hear it EVERY time I'm in the car which is good to a certain point, but I can just imagine FF songs which are really good becoming too familiar, like the Strokes et al.
