WWE on setanta

Fucking shite. The WWE has signed a 1 year contract with Setanta meaning we'll have to pay for most if not all the PPV's form now on. Whats more I dont even think i can watch setanta. Ah bugger it all!

Not a major problem man. Remember as from march we wil be getting far superior quality of wrestling everyday on the wrestling channel.

Plus it might be a good thing in terms of wwe quality as they now actually have to try to sell the ppvs to British customers too. Hence more tours over here.

Ps has anyone else heard that spanky has left/ been released?

There goes one of the best tag teams i've seen in ages - London and spank were well quality.

Telewest do apparently show setanta, £15 a show I think.
Oh and you lucky Sky Digital fuckers. Im on cable who sadly dont do the The Wrestling Channel.
Although the tours is an added benefit. Looks like they're doing more over here already.

And yeah it sucks about Spanky, I saw a couple of matches with him and London as a team and they looked pretty good. I mean WWE can be so stupid sometimes. I mean Spanky/london are infinitely better than the Acolytes or Too Cool and probably the Bashams as well. But whereas all those teams or on Smackdoon regularly London/Spanky are stuck on Velocity. Which is a great show by the way. The good news for you people who get the wrestling channel is that he'll probably be back for ROH and Japanese feds now

Don't worry about the wrestling channel thing as i'm sure between myself and a few others we'll be able to tape some stuff to you and send it on.

As for spanky and London - they could have been an amazing tag team if given more time.

Think about this - Hurricane and Shannon Moore were also n amazing team. All they needed to do was keep matt Hardy on Smackdown and create an OMEGA stable of himself wit Moore and the Hurricane! This would have been a quality fued against London and spanky and could even involve the cruiserweights. Think about it - London + Spanky
Kidman + Rey
Tajiri+Akio+Sakoda
Hurricane + Moore + Hardy

Throw into the mix Ultimo dragon, jamie noble, chavo etc. Thats at least six moths if not a year of quality fueds and matches.

Things like this stare wwe in the face and they never do it. It would make a great midcard situation for smackdown and make it a lot more different from Raw.

Plus i think Hurricane heel would be quality.

Ah thanks very much. Its a very good point you make though regarding the cruiserweights. Say 3 different factions like the ones you suggested would make the cruiser matches actually mean something and give more opportunity for tag cruiser matches feud that just write themselves. And the matches would be amazing. Get rid of Bradshaw and Albert and dominate the midcard with brilliant cruiser matches. Seems to make sense to me
