Contributions needed for mental health benefit cd

Hi, I'm putting together a compilation cd which is a benefit for SANE, a mental health charity.

I'm looking for people who have had to deal with mental illness to write a little bit about their own personal experience for inclusion in the cd inlay. Whether it was a brief episode or is an ongoing thing it doesn't matter, I just want to hear your story.

If you have ever had help from a charity (doesn't have to have been SANE) in any way then that'd be even better.

I say good luck on you for attempting such a venture - there is so much stigma attactched to mental illness in britain today - it makes me sick. Good luck and i hope some people send songs/stories.

Thanks! I totally agree about the stigma thing!

I forgot to say, anyone who does contribute will get a free copy

And also, I'm not looking for any more bands, I've got that sorted. I just needed stuff for the inlay, so any help there will be much appreciated.

I think I also forgot to say that all profits will be going to the mental health charity and their website is here: www.sane.org.uk

1000 copies are gonna be pressed.... 12 page booklet inlay and about 22 bands (punk, hardcore, metal, emo, indie - guitar stuff basically but mostly punk)

hey id like 2 help with a song from my band but feck its 2 late!!!! and im a fraid i suck at inlays etc.....sorry!! good luck though!!
