Today when i went to the 'user control panel' there were two new good reps and two clear ones. I know that,

Green = Good
Red = Bad
But what does Clear = ?

It means someone with very few posts gave you rep so theres didnt count.

Its to stop people creating fake acounts to spread rep.

yes but you could have 1 post and LOADS of rep, then if you gave someone rep it would count for lots.

really, so if say XiwiltX gave me pos rep id get more cos he has 6 blobs as opposed to someone with one gren blob? Thats a pretty good idea
