The bastard who was totally pished and high on E's that ran over a women and 2 children is only getting 11 years in prison, this is fucking shocking, yet again, the system fails

I know, it should have been at least a life sentance.

What ,ade it even worse for me, was that it happened next to my old libiary, and its only 15 minutes away from me. Really makes you think that these things could possible happen to you.

I was thinking about this and wondered if maybe the guilt that this guy feels would almost be a punishment in itself, but I doubt it. Someone who does something like that isn't all that likely to feel huge amounts of remorse. 11 years is pretty pitiful. Its not gonna set a good example to other likely offenders either.

I used to use that library too. It had lots of great tin tin comics when I was wee.

This is such a shame...I read about this on bbc.com and it must be so horrible for the families of the woman and children who lost their lives. Sometimes the justice system works and sometimes it doesn't, which is never any consolation for those involved

I mind i met johnny and we saw all the polis cars and shit there. I know someone who claims to have seen it. I'm sure that guy got boiling water and shit chucked over him already, hes in for a very hard time in prison by the looks of things.
