I don't understand why when you ask for like 2 inches, hairdressers take off like a foot. They seem to work by a whole different set of measurements.

God. Its ridiculous how bad hairdressers can be. They dont know what the fuck to do with a fringe, or how to thin out your hair without halving the length.

And its even worse with guys hair. If they dont get to use a buzzer then theyre stumped.
For fucks sake a woman put HAIRSPRAY on me once!

i reckon u do need to cut the ends every so often, otherwise you end up with split ends, of which ive been told i have loads and from my experience, this slows down your hair growth.

if ya cut the ends, it makes it grow quicker.

I think once it reaches a certain length that dosnt work anymore. The idea being that it stimulates the roots because the weight on them changes or shifts.

Its kinda liek shaving making stronger stubble grow back but less extreme. But if your hairs long, then a trim wont do buggery. (cept get split ends. Nasty nasty spilt ends)

you can actually buy tablets that make your hair grow faster. My sister tried them but didn't take them religiously so don't know if they actually got a chance to work. You get them in health food shops, they're just herbal type tablets i think

My hairs shit, iv been growing for about a year and its probably a little over chin length, but i have an undercut so its all out of preportian. I got an undercut because my hairs really thick and un managable, never had it the way i want it i just cant be assed anymore so i just leave it togrow and recently started tieing it back, which looks riduculous as my short hair curls from the bottom and looks minnnnnnggging

Sometimes getting an undercut can make it worse if you have thick hair. My boyfriend has really thick hair and he used to have an undercut and it was out of control! But as soon as he started growing it out it wasnt so bad.
