Allow me to introduce myself

Hello, as my first post here I thought I'd introduce myself properly.
Here's a few bits of info about me.

I am from Dundee but live in Edinburgh
I play bass in a band, BiSluts In Heat , in Dundee.
This summer, the BiSluts went on tour, in Poland
We are looking to play in Dundee on the 23rd.24th October but still need to find a venue

welcome to the site man. How was Poland? I've been to Warsawa and Krakow, loved the country. Did you go to either of those places? How are you finding the gigging scene in Edinburgh?

The Land of Po was amazing --- we did go to Warsaw and Krakow but sadly didn't gig there. We played in a town called Kielce and the response was incredible - the crowd were screaming for an encore even when we'd completely run out of songs and the bar ran out of beer by about 10.30!!!!

As for the gig scene in Edinburgh, there are some good venues here but that's about as much as I know. SInce most of my band still live in Dundee we're going to try playing there a couple of times first.

ive never been to poland but one of my best friends had xmas dinner in mc donalds there in 1999. they got crackers and everything.

This has reminded me that I need to stick the Poland photos up on the website bislutsinheat.com .

Does anyone have any ideas where we could play in Dundee around the 23rd/24th.... so far it's looking like Downfield Musical Society buildings (on Guthrie Street) is our only option.. and it's a total dive.
