Hi, don't know if this is koser, but I'm knew to the boards. Registered a while ago because of Misled Youth but never got around to posting.

I'm a Canadian in Edinburgh and looking to get more into the good music scene but most of my friends are into crap. And I'm one of those people who can't do things on their own. I'm getting involved with Fresh Air, the student radio, so we'll see how that goes.

So I'm just saying hi. These boards are really crowded and big, so hopefully I won't get too intimidated!

Ehh, I suppose I'm new-ish as well.
I signed-up about a year ago or somethin' to argue with people who were talking smack on here, and never posted again after I emerged victorious. I have decided to post more regularly as of late, though, as the other forum I use is a bit bent and things have really picked-up around UndergroundScene in recent times. *Thumbs Up*

Like yourself, one of the guitarists in my band is a Canadian living in Scotland. He still has the boss accent and everything so we make him say lots of Glaswegian slang words for our own amusement - "ah drapped mah money oan the flair" is a particular favourite.
