i really really try to have good manners......

chivalry is all good as long as its just general politeness and not patronising and sickly sweet.

though id like to think that manners are appreciated...

without going to far... whenever i eat - especially in front of a girl that i like (like) and dont perhaps know that well..... i always try to have impeccable table manners.... just small things like not opening my mouth when talking and interruption and always using my fork with the prongs down and not in a scoopy way.....

i think knife and forkmanship is dead important....

i find it really attractive to eat with someone with good manners... though not many people seem to posess this quality so much any more...

is it important for girls?

Well seeing a guy shovelling food into his mouth + interrupting + talking with his mouth full is never particularly appealing. Well to me anyway. Nice table manners are a good thing!

oh and yes, good table manners are appealing. if uve got good table manners it shows you generally have good manners and so a much nicer person. suppose it shows that u care about the person enough to make sure they are comfortable with you and are willing to make the effort for them...or something...i know what i mean...

I think theres an art to eating with a fork which isnt the technically correct way but its just cooler.

Yeah, im the same man. Any girl i think is hot, my movements are smooth and coordinated and my voice goes lower and i keep facial expressions to a minimum and use my eyes a lot.

I dont do it on purpose, it just happens. And the girl has no idea you're doing it.
