i went through a phase of going every day... and ten 5 times a week... and now.... never. i go for runs now and then.... but at my school we have heavy work out sessions every tuesday thursday and saturday... so i tend to slack for the rest of the week.... unless im feeling paticularly unfit.... |

I run every second morning, do press ups every morning and a set stretch regime given to me by my coach to improve flexibility.
I also do a weights session thrice a week, when it can be managed and also at the end of one days run I will sprint up a hill...and the other days I sprint on a straight road and see how far I can get. That keeps me reasonable fit...also I train on a Tuesday but all in all I only spend about 20 minutes to 40 minutes a day exersising. |

I go to work.
my manager makes me move the same stockpile about 7 times a day and remerchandise stuff so I have to carry more boxes about, take shelves off, carry shelves about, bend down, reach up etc I do this for 9 hours a day so that's enough for me |

i wold like to be bothered to go to keep healthy...but at the end of the day i can only be arsed going if i feel fat. and i lost a stone over the summer, and i still feel happy with my weight. so nah. i would like to improve the flexiblity in my legs though, i'm in a show where i have to lead some dances in march. but i think i'll get round to that eventually.

i always find it easier to stay healthier when i have a job. In the summer i worked in a whisky factory (important guy eh?) and when you do the same shift 4 or 5 days a week its easy to maintain a routine of good eating. If im unemployed or back at uni though it's out with the monster munch and off with the trousers though (did i say that?)

I walk all over the place everyday. I love just striding about checking out people and places. I love it. I'm an outdoors lass. I love to go mountainbiking too and also love to swim!

i used to be fit. a few years ago i used to do pull ups, sit ups etc, go for walks, runs or go cycling every day. had muscles and everything. then i started smoking 20 a day. now i have no muscles, run out of breath very quickly and keep telling myself the fat will go away on its own.
