erm im not gonna tell her to go visit me in hospital or anything.

acceptable: stringing along a load of BS til it clicks she has the wrong person = humour

unacceptable: trying to get her to top self, travel to visit me in hospital etc.

Im not trying to hurt/annoy someone, just create some comedy action through someones mistaken identity.
