a lot of people think they're above the law, you just don't hear about the 5,000 other people being caught eith pepper spray cause it's not news p.s. if you don't think you're above the law there is something wrong with you, if a law existed that i disagreed with i wouldn't obey it & i don't respect anyone who would do otherwise

he didn't say anything about a totally lawless society, there are laws that anybody with any morals wouldn't disobey, like the ones against murder, rape and theft, but there are some stupid ones that people might disagree with.

just because you believe in most of them, doesn't mean you MUST adhere to all of them. i agree with TheSombreroKid(Dun dun dun...) that if you disagree with a law then you should disobey it, it's called civil disobedience(i think, although i'm not highly educated on the topic.) what if gandhi had accepted that the laws were there to protect his people?

people can choose to disobey laws that they disagree with, as long as people have their own morals, we'll be fine, it doesn't mean these people are misguided or stupid at all.
