i think it has to be to do with being a god or not. that must be why slash makes them look okay.

why is it that the more i eat in the mornings, the hungrier i am in the middle of the day? and i can eat nothing in the morning and be fine in the middle of the day?

If you eat in the morning, you set your metabolism rolling. Once it's on the go, it expects you to keep eating, thus causing you to be hungry at lunch time.
If you don't eat in the morning, your metabolism doesn't get started, so doesn't tell your brain to send out 'hungry' signals.
