The bad side of Call Centres!!!!
I work for DWP and i just had the most obscene phone call ever!!! wont even go into details of what he said but it was graphic!
I normally take it all in fun but this guy was a right sicko!!!

Anyone else ever had this??

Nikki, there are only bad sides to call centres, there are no good sides

I had a woman order a pizza while mid-intercourse! Never heard someone scream "pepperoni" before!

Hehe, he was out of breath so i dont want to imagine what he was doing, but he basically said he wanted me to suck his ...you know and that he wanted to "f**k me" but he had a horrible sleazy foreign accent etc euch!!!!

I've had it before when its been young guys asking about knicker colours etc and i just laugh but this guy was just a wierdo!!

There's making fun of them and then being abusive though.

Fun things to do to telemarketers...
  • Hand the phone to a baby
  • Arrange to get a conservatory fitted when you live 2 floors up
  • Pretend not to know what a mobile phone is, and when they try to explain get them as confused as you are pretending to be
  • Repeat "Who are you? What do you want?" sounding more and more crazier every minute

My mum and dad have competitions of who can keep one on the line the longest while pretending to be mad.

This is a good sides to this call centre cos its laid back and cool people etc and good benefits but i suppose its still shitty in a way.

Was that Pizza hut in tech park you were on doug?

I'd like some other ideas. Sometimes I feel a little sorry for the telemarketers, but it is annoying when you get up to 5 calls a day from them.

On the conservatory one, Bud told the man his surname was McDonald.
Then when the guy called back he said his first name was Ronald, yet the guy continued with the call? It wasn't until my mum came on the phone and told him we lived two floors up he finally just hung up.
